The Raven

theravenThe Raven never wanted any trouble. He just wanted to make a couple extra bucks. Except, when he tried to blackmail a counselman, he finds himself in the middle of a wild and very dangerous plot called ‘Nevermore’.

The only thing the Raven wants to do is get out of this alive. But… who to trust?

About the book and author:

mikenappaMike Nappa is an entertainment journalist at, as well as a bestselling and award-winning author with more than one million books sold worldwide. (He is also very secretive and does not have an author’s website.)

Quick Review:

An absolutely stunning story that you will not put down until the book is complete. And then you’ll read it again.

Where to buy:

Publisher Amazon | Barnes and Noble | CBD

What I liked:

The Raven. The characters. The way you have no earthly idea what’s going on until the end. Within the first twelve chapters, Mike Nappa has referenced LotR, Sesame Street, Edgar Allen Poe and has a guy so dorkily in love it’s hilarious. Honestly, I think this story is my new favorite book.

What I didn’t like:

Trudi and Samuel’s divorce. I think it made the story awkward in some places and just wasn’t needed.

Who I would recommend this to:

Anyone who wants to read an amazing book.
