Friends

Friends are good, aren’t they? Sometimes, it can be so easy to overlook the impact they have on your life, but it’s funny how much we need them, isn’t it?

Like when you’re going through a hard time and just need someone to sit beside you and listen. Who will write murder stories with you and not get squeamish when the cute character dies. Thank you, Warrior Princess!

Like when you need someone to jump off the deep end with you and do something crazy. Thank you, Owlivia.

Like when you need someone who’s always on the other side of the computer with a big smile and a good story. Who will write crazy, end of the world stories with you. Thank you, Dawn Dagger.

Like when you need someone to give you the first vote of confidence on your newest adventure (a blog). Thank you, Paige Hamilton.

Like when you need someone who will talk with you when you just need something to distract you from life. And who can always make you feel better at the end of it. Thank you, Ella.

Like when you need someone who will come over and help you with farm chores because she cares about you and knows you need some help. And who trusts you. Thank you, Jo.

Like when you need someone who will talk Star Trek and Star Wars with you and act goofy. Thank you, Isa.

Like when you need someone who won’t let the world put you down and continues to show you the way that God loves you. And who continues to show you that being a girl rocks. Thank you, Peanut.

Like when you need someone who will put up with your busy schedule, lack of talking time, and then still calls you a friend. Thank you, Isabelle R. Taylor.
